3. Commission Process

Requesting a Commission: To initiate a commission, please contact us through our website. We will discuss your project details, including scope, pricing, and timelines.
Payment: Payment is required upfront for all commissions. Accepted payment methods will be detailed during the commission process.
Delivery: Once the commission is completed, you will receive your map in a digital format agreed upon at the outset.

4. Ownership and Rights

Upon full payment, you will receive the rights to use the commissioned map for personal and commercial use, but Unauthorized Content LLC retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios, social media, and other promotional materials.
You may not claim authorship of the map or sell it without explicit permission from Unauthorized Content LLC.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are not provided once work has commenced. If you need to cancel your commission before work begins, a full refund will be issued.
If you are not satisfied with the final product, please contact us within 15 days to discuss possible revisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Unauthorized Content LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Changes to Terms

Unauthorized Content LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the website after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

Return and Refund Policy

At Unauthorized Content LLC, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase of digital artwork. Please review our return and refund policy carefully, as it outlines the terms related to your purchase.

1. Digital Products

All sales of digital artwork are final. Due to the nature of digital products, once a file has been downloaded or delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Requesting Revisions

If you are not satisfied with your digital artwork, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. We will work with you to address any concerns or necessary revisions based on the original specifications agreed upon during the commission process.
Revisions will be provided at no additional cost if they are within the scope of the initial agreement. Additional changes outside the original agreement may incur extra fees.

3. Refunds

No Refunds: Once the digital artwork has been delivered, no refunds will be issued. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our work and to ensure that we can continue to offer high-quality products and services.
In cases where the artwork is not delivered as per the agreed-upon specifications or quality, we will investigate the issue and, if deemed appropriate, may offer a partial refund or credit towards future work.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your commission request prior to the commencement of work and receive a full refund. Once work has begun, cancellation is not permitted, and no refunds will be issued.
